*ITEM:  WEISER LOCK Handleset Door Pull Deadbolt Knob Lock

*MANUFACTURER: Weiser Lock

*MODEL: #LP4470,U1/V15,TKC,B,LH,RLR1R3

*MEASURES: Door pull approx. 16 1/2 L, 3 W, 3 1/4 in. Depth . This handle and deadbolt are one piece and the center from the knob turn to the deadbolt turn is 3 3/4 in. The center of the deadbolt turn is at the bottom of the hole. The center from the knob turn to the deadbolt hole center is approx. 4 1/8 in.  All these measurements are approx. to the best I can get them. Measurements may be off some.

*DOOR PREP: 1 3/4 in. to 2 1/4 in.

*INTERIOR HANDLE: Appears to be LH.

*CONDITION: Unused in its original packaging. This handle is contractors surplus intended to be installed in a business building. For some reason the handleset was never installed and became surplus. Comes with instructions. This deadbolt and handle were taken out of the package and assembled off of door and tested by me. Deadbolt appeared to function properly. Handle pull appeared to function properly. All the assembly parts appear to be intact.

*MATERIAL: This handle is heavy cast.

*FINISH: Appears to be brushed nickle.

*FEATURES: Comes with 12 keys. This handleset was originally manufactured to be installed commercially. The pull handle and deadbolt are one piece.
