*CONDITION: Unused in orginal packaging. The box was opened and has damage but the components were never taken out and installed. I noticed some noticeable micro scratching on the side back of the shower head half way around like someone dropped it on a rough surface. The shower head pipe wall cover plate has what appears to be a very small factory dimple. The rest of the chrome finishes on the other parts appear to be in nice shape. All of the parts and hardware appear to be intact. Everything on the box picture is present.
