*CONDITION: This pet door was an attempted installation that failed. This dog door was an attempted installation into an application it was not intended to be installed in. This dog door has two separate pieces to form the flap. The flap and a separate flap border piece. These two flap pieces were installed incorrectly.
Screws were put through the frame in the wrong places to hold the two flap pieces in place. There's screws protruding through the exterior of the frame. The border flap piece is torn on both attachment ends. The main flap looks good except for the screws that were installed wrong. Both the border flap and main flap are not lined up properly.

The solid slide panel for door close off is missing. The installation hardware is missing. The original box and replacement parts address is intact. This doggy door is being sold as broken for special projects where a damaged door isn't a concern.
