*ITEM:  PDQ SA115 26D Storeroom Lever Lockset Door Knob Unused

*MANUFACTURER:   PDQ - Made In U.S.A.

*MODEL:   SA 115 26D Storeroom This is "NOT" an entrance lockset. There is no button on the inside handle and the inside handle always stays unlocked. The outside handle is frozen and will "Not" turn. "The key activates and pulls back the striker so the door will open ONLY" on the exterior frozen handle.

*DOOR THICKNESS:  1 3/4 factory preset

*BACKSET: 2 3/4 in.

*CONDITION: Unused in its original packaging. This handle is contractors surplus intended to be installed in a business building. For some reason the handleset was never installed and became surplus. Comes with instructions. Handle was taken out of the package and assembled off any door and tested. Leverset appeared to function properly. All the assembly parts appear to be intact. Mechanism that retracts the striker functioned properly. Striker functioned properly

*FINISH: 26D

*FEATURES: This leverset is "KEY OPEN ONLY". The exterior handle will not turn when the key is turned. The exterior handle stays frozen in place. The key alone activates the striker mechanism and pulls the striker back. The interior handle does not lock at all, it stays open and always turns. This is a storeroom lockset and does not act like an entrance lockset. Comes with 2 keys.
