*ITEM:  WOMENS Girls Ornate Beaded Party or Formal Dress Up Top

"NOTE" The material around the little dots is dark blue or black. The color is not blue as seen in the picture. This is my camera. The colors probably really, really dark blue and my camera's picking up the blue tint. I'm sitting here looking at it and it looks black to me.

*LENGTH: Approx. 8 1/2 in. down the front center

*LAID FLAT: Approx. 16 in. across the bust, 13 in. across under the bust

*MATERIAL: 100% Rayon

*FEATURES: Elastic sides, beaded exterior, one elastic neck strap, Velcro back close, Velcro neck strap and stiff cups. Looks really, really good with a black skirt.

*CONDITION: Good used, top was worn a couple of times then hung in a closet and admired.
