*CONDITION: Very used, lots of dings, knicks, scratches, marks and wear from use. Some soil. The blade has some surface rust and is replaceable if you can find one that fits. The replacement blade part number is on the bottom of the tape dispenser is very small print. I tested the cutting blade with some tape and it didn't cut fast but it cut the tape and left groove cutting blade pattern in the tape about 3/4 of the way through then broke off. This dispenser was probably used with masking tape and I used clear packaging tape to test it. There is some very minor white marks on it so I would assume it was used by a painter.
