*ITEM: MILITARY Gun Rifle Oil Can Steel Screw On Cap Spout

*YEAR OF USE: I do not know the time period this oil can was used in. I am guessing WW2 era but this is just a guess. I listed this oil can in the WW2 catagory because it looked the era. If someone knows the actual time period this oil can was manufactured and used in please email me with the information.
*MEASURES: Approx. 5 " Tall, 2 3/4" Wide, 1" Center Depth
*MATERIAL: Unknown, probably galvinized steel or tin. The paint chips and scrape marks show a silver tone through them with not signs of rust like on the steel spout and cap.
*CONDITION: Good, some scratches, scrapes and dings in the paint. The base metal shows through the paint where the paint is scraped and chipped away. There is some surface rust on the steel spout and screw on cap. Cap unscrews OK. No major dents noticed, just small dings. Paint is worn and this oil can was used in its day.
*FEATURES: Old military oil can for oiling guns/rifles.
