*CONDITION: This lighter was not filled and tested to see if it produces a flame. The flame height adjuster was not tested. There's another rocker type button on top that was not tested either. The striker on the flint functions fine and produces a very large bright spark. The Chrome finish has some noticeable dings, knicks, marks and shuffle wear.
